Week 8
Hours: 2.5 counseling, 2.5 youth group, 1 baptismal service, .5 Sunday School, 2 sermon prep, 1 preaching, 1 worship team/corporate prayer, .5 Newsletter Insert
Week's Total: 11 (a light week)
I was able to baptize two of my girls this morning, Cassie and Stephanie!
This week I have been so exhausted after spending last week in Israel (which was INCREDIBLE). God has been working in my life, but I am so drained that I am easily discouraged and depressed.
I had to say goodbye to one of my boys today because he's moving back to Tennessee. That was hard.
I've had two major issues with students this week--issues that were just waiting for me as soon as I got back, along with a not so big but present volunteer situation and a situation with one other youth. I'm just tired...and behind on everything--programming at the church and my school work. I need His grace more than ever.
Tonight I gave a presentation about my trip to the whole church. It went well I think.
I really cannot get myself to go into detail this week. I do not have the energy to do so.

hey Amber! glad to hear your trip went well, you sound like you need a break... we're praying for you and for the church there, how's the pastoral search going?
you are too kind... and I'm glad to hear you're deflecting some of the responsibility- you can't let it pile up until it kills you. hey I'm working on a church website btw, www.princetonwesleyan.com, it's going to have the messages everyweek in mp3 format if you ever want to listen. have a great week!
Amber,
I hope you are a little more rested by now.I am praying for you. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed our time together and the sharing about your trip and seeing pictures.
Love you,
Grandma
